These terms and conditions apply to all services, training or products provided by Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates. Upon booking any services with Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates, you understand that you are entering into an contractual agreement and that you are accept and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings will only be confirmed after proof of deposit payment is received.  
2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quotation is payable on acceptance of quotation.  The proof of payment must be emailed to info@hellowoman.co.za before any bookings will be confirmed.  
3. The full difference is payable no later than fourteen (14) days before the booked date or course date.  
4. Monthly down payments can be arranged, based on the condition that the total quoted amount for services, training and products are paid fourteen (14) day’s prior to the booked date or training commencement.  Contact us on info@hellwoman.co.za to enquire.
5. If cancellation takes place within fourteen (14) days of the booked date or training commencement, the full quoted amount becomes payable.  Possible rescheduling will be solely based on Hello Woman Make-up Artistry's discretion and schedule, considering relevant reason and timeous notice.
6. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform Hello Woman Make-up Artistry about any and all possible skin conditions, allergies and irritations before the booked date.  
7. Any and all applicable parties indemnifies Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates from any responsibilities and claims for incidental or consequential possible harm, damages and or losses that may arise from the services and products provided.
8. In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain another consultant.  Hello Woman Make-up Artistry and Martie Truter will make every effort to secure a replacement service provider who is able and / or willing to provide a similar quality of service and price.  If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the services.
9. On the booked date, the client must arrive with a clean face.  Eyebrows must be shaped prior to the day, to avoid redness and puffiness.  Hello Woman Make-up Artistry is in no circumstance responsible for grooming and it is not included in the quotation / invoiced amount.  
10. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient time is allocated for Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates to provide a detailed and professional service.
11. The client takes full financial responsibility for all possible further costs Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates may incur in order to provide the arranged services, like parking fees, entrance fees etc.
12. Hello Woman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates reserves all rights without prejudice.
13. Hello Woman Make-up Artistry reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of the services rendered and / or request photos from the photographer and has full permission from the client to use such material for marketing and promotional purposes.
14. Prices are subject to change without notice.
15. Product exchange and refund only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase.
16. Regarding training sessions:

• Only registered attendees and authorised persons will be allowed to attend
• Should the training brochure indicate so, the make-up kit must be brought to all sessions at all times, be it your own or a Hello Woman Kit
• Brushes must be clean at all times
• All classes must be attended
• Should a class be missed, a catch-up session must be arranged at an additional charge (relevant to the Hello Girl Initiative Programme)
• Examination exemption conditional on a 100% class (or catch up class)  attendance (relevant to the Hello Girl Initiative Programme)
• Certificates will be delivered to the student no later than 40 days after the examination date (relevant to the Hello Girl initiative Programme)
• Any and all payments must be made into the following account, along with the correct reference number:
