6.1. We strictly only accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6.4. For hygiene reasons, no make-up products and tools can be returned.
