Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services, training or products provided by HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates. Upon booking any services with HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates, you understand that you are entering into an contractual agreement and that you accept and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings will only be confirmed after proof of deposit payment is received. No date will be held before payment is received and it will be treated on a first paid first served basis.
2. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% of the total quotation is payable on acceptance of quotation. The proof of payment must be emailed to info@hellowoman.co.za before any bookings will be confirmed. 
3. The full difference is payable no later than fourteen (14) days before the booked date or course date.
4. Monthly down payments can be arranged, based on the condition that the total quoted amount for services, training and products are paid fourteen (14) day’s prior to the booked date or training commencement.
5. If cancellation takes place within fourteen (14) days of the booked date or training commencement, the full quoted amount becomes payable. Possible rescheduling will be solely based on HelloWoman Make-up Artistry’s discretion and schedule, considering relevant reason and timeous notice.
6. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform HelloWoman Make-up Artistry about any and all possible skin conditions, allergies and irritations before the booked date.
7. Any and all applicable parties indemnifies HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates from any responsibilities and claims for incidental or consequential possible harm, damages and or losses that may arise from the services and products provided.
8. The client shall provide HelloWoman Make-up Artistry with a safe and suitable work area at the location. This includes a table/flat surface to work from, ample appropriate natural light and electrical outlets.  Please stipulate if any of the above cannot be provided.  Failure to provide the above may result in less satisfactory results, for which the ARTIST will not be held responsible. 
9. In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain another consultant. HelloWoman Make-up Artistry and Martie Truter will make every effort to secure a replacement service provider who is able and / or willing to provide a similar quality of service and price.  If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the services.
10. On the booked date, the client must arrive with a clean face. Eyebrows must be shaped prior to the day, to avoid redness and puffiness.  HelloWoman Make-up Artistry is in no circumstance responsible for grooming and it is not included in the quotation / invoiced amount. 
11. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adherence to the timeframe provided in order for HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates to provide a detailed and professional service. All services require a certain minimum amount of time to be completed.  Extra time required due to the client’s doing will be invoiced at R350-00 per 30 minutes late fee.
12. The client takes full financial responsibility for all possible further costs HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates may incur in order to provide the arranged services, like parking fees, entrance fees etc.
13. Any additional services outside the agreed services will only be performed at the discretion of HelloWoman Make-up Artistry and may result in additional charges, if time permits. All further services will be paid on the day prior to any additional SERVICES taking place.
14. HelloWoman Make-up Artistry, Martie Truter and all their employees / consultants and affiliates reserves all rights without prejudice.
15. HelloWoman Make-up Artistry reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of the services rendered and / or request photos from the photographer and has full permission from the client to use such material for marketing and promotional purposes.
16. Prices are subject to change without notice.
17. Product exchange and refund only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase.
18. Regarding training sessions, only registered attendees and authorised persons will be allowed to attend.
19. Trials are available for brides and all other bridal parties, as per quotation. Trials will be done in studio.  No trials will be done on a Saturday.
